Solution: This job aid accompanies an eLearning course needed to educate new employees on effective workplace communication strategies to improve these soft skills and increase new hire retention. After completing the module, employees can reference the job aid to recall verbal and nonverbal communication strategies.

Problem: Created for a company seeing a decrease in sales profit and an increase in turnover rate of new Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) due to a need for structured planning, a written script, and practice.
