Problem: Designed for a company experiencing market share loss with current clients and new customer bids. Through internal analysis, they determined that employees require additional training on color psychology to improve client outcomes. 

Solution: This design document outlines an eLearning course for Interior Designers and Client Relationship Managers and for all future new employees in both roles to ensure their understanding of the relationship between color and its power to drive specific workplace results.

Problem: Designed for a company seeing a decrease in sales profit and an increase in turnover rate of new Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) due to a need for structured planning, a written script, and practice.

Solution: This design document outlines a vILT training that is part 2 within a series of training for new SDRs. Part 1 is an eLearning course. This portion combined with part 1 offers a blended learning experience, focuses on the cold call script, and provides opportunities for discussion, practice, and questions.
