Problem: Designed and developed for a company experiencing market share loss with current clients and new customer bids.  Through internal analysis, they determined that employees require additional training on color psychology to improve client outcomes. 

Solution: This eLearning course is for current Interior Designers and Client Relationship Managers and for all future new employees in both roles to ensure their understanding of the relationship between color and its power to drive specific workplace results.

Crossword Puzzle Interaction - Storyline 360 

Summary: This custom crossword interaction on instructional design models was created to utilize gamification within a learning experience and is a great way to review content.  An optional word bank, hints, and audio are available to the learners for support as needed.
