I’m an instructional designer and eLearning developer with 14 years as an educator that prepared me in depth for this exciting career change into instructional design. Driven by curiosity to explore technology, design principles, adult learning methodologies and data analysis I've refined my expertise in crafting impactful learning experiences. 

My experience in education gave me an understanding of learners’ needs and the art of engaging them effectively. I’m passionate about the creation of learner-centered activities in Storyline and Rise and using scenarios and interactions that reduce cognitive load. I have a proven ability to collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to identify learning gaps and write learning objectives that align with organizational needs and goals. In addition, my experience as a graphic illustrator embedded strong visual design skills that help me bring storyboards to life with learning activities that are visually appealing and engaging.
